Twin brothers Donarell R. Green IV and Freddrell R. Green established Green & Green, LLP - Attorneys in 1999. Since then, their team of professionals, including their paralegal, Gregory M. L. Surrounded by History
The law office of The Green Law Firm - Attorney at Law is located in the historic Susan Medical Center, which first opened its doors in 1946 to provide the black residents of Northeast Georgia with their first maternity hospital. After Dr. Jones's death in 1952, the hospital was purchased by Dr. D. R. Green, who continued to operate the facility as a hospital until 1964. From 1964 until his death in 1980, Dr. Green used the building as a medical office.
Later the building housed the law firm of Thurmond, Thurmond, Miller & Rucker, who carefully restored the building, retaining and displaying many original photographs and documents that chronicle the Susan Medical Center's history as an important part of the black community.
